Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ev222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ev222 website and all associated gaming, betting and financial services. These Terms apply to all users of ev222, including players who browse the site without registering an account.

By accessing ev222, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ev222 platform.

5. Each person may hold only one ev222 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds will be forfeited. ev222 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Verification

When you register an ev222 account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep that information current throughout your membership. ev222 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any other stage determined by the platform.

• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of payment method may be required — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account associated with your ev222 account.
• ev222 reserves the right to suspend a player's account and withhold funds pending the completion of a KYC review. Accounts that cannot be verified will be closed.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. ev222 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS or email.
• Notify ev222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ev222 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

ev222 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time. In the event of account closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonuses not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player through the same payment method used to deposit.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on ev222 are processed through the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. ev222 currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. ev222 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at any time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding.
• ev222 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests at the time of submission.
• ev222 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reason to believe the account is involved in fraudulent activity, where KYC has not been completed, or where there are unmet wagering requirements attached to an active bonus.
• Deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rates where applicable. ev222 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ev222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer as well as the general bonus conditions below. ev222 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

1. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player who has previously held an ev222 account is not eligible for the welcome bonus, regardless of whether the account was closed or deactivated.
2. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
3. Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
4. ev222 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim a bonus at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a player has exploited the bonus system, violated these Terms, or participated in fraudulent activity.
5. Bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. ev222 is not obliged to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

5. Responsible Gaming

ev222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available through your account settings and via the ev222 support team.

• Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Time-out: you may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: you may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the ev222 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality checks: optional session time reminders can be enabled in your account settings to alert you after a set period of play.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ev222 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

• Registering more than one account on the ev222 platform, whether in your own name or using a different name, email address or payment method.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment credentials to make deposits or withdrawals on the ev222 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the ev222 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in card games, table games or any other multiplayer format to gain an advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ev222 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. ev222 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any suspected financial crime.

Harassing, threatening or abusing ev222 staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including live chat, email or social media.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ev222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of ev222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the ev222 platform without the express prior written permission of ev222.

The ev222 brand name, logo and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ev222. Unauthorised use of ev222 trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ev222 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. Specifically, ev222 shall not be liable for the following:

1. Any loss of funds resulting from your own betting decisions, including losses sustained during normal play on any game or sports market offered on the ev222 platform.
2. Service interruptions, technical errors, network outages or platform downtime, including any losses arising during a period when the platform was unavailable or a game was interrupted mid-session.
3. Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or reputational damage, even if ev222 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9. Amendments to These Terms

ev222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ev222 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ev222 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the ev222 platform and may request account closure by contacting the ev222 support team.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ev222 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. In the first instance, disputes should be raised with the ev222 support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
